Some common errors users run across when logging on are as follows:

1. Using the wrong username - Remember, you can also log in with your email address. If you don’t remember that either, contact our support team.

2. Incorrect Password - If you don’t remember your password, click the Forget My Password link below the password box. This will send you an email with a link to reset your password or you can type it in manually (we highly recommend clicking the link). Go to our Password Issues doc for instructions

3. Cap Locks - Make sure you don’t have your cap locks on when typing your password!
