Immediately following the auction the following will happen.
1. You will receive a winning bidder email from Municibid confirming that you were the high bidder on the listing.
2. Your Credit Card will be charged for the buyers fee. This could take up to 24 hours. *If your bid is rejected by the seller you will receive a full refund.
Please Note: your winning bid may be subject to a vote for approval by the governing body. The seller reserves the right to reject any bid for any reason.
What do I need to do?
Get in touch with the seller
In most instances the seller will contact you shortly following the end of the auction. Remember: due to weekends, holidays, etc.. some responses may be delayed. If you have not heard from the seller in a reasonable amount of time you can contact them through the Municibid Messaging System by clicking “Contact” for each item in My Account Bidding Won.
Pay the seller for your item*
You pay the seller directly for your final bid amount.
*The only time you will not pay the seller directly is if Municibid is handling the sales transaction. This will be clearly stated in the payment details section of your item and invoice.
