Are you having issues signing in to Municibid? Most likely it’s due to an issue with your password. Please follow these simple steps to get you on the right track.
Step 1 - Click "Forgot Your Password?" on the Sign in to Municibid page.
Step 2 - Enter the email address for your account.
Step 3 - Wait for the reset password email to arrive in your inbox
Step 4 - In the reset password email, click the green “Reset Password” button to reset your password.
Step 5 - Create a new password.
Step 6 - Sign in with new password
If you get a message about invalid token or code please make sure you are clicking the "Reset password" in the newest reset password email. If you have requested to reset your password multiple times make sure you are using the email that was last sent to you.
